    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. No Refunds:

    • Please note that we do not offer refunds. Defective items will only be replaced with the same product.
  4. Exclusions:

    • This return policy does not cover items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or other reasons not related to a defect.
  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
